In 2012 I was privillaged to take part in design for the 2012 Olympic Games London.
Over the course of 3 months I was involved and directly responsible for the design of four high profile music events for of the Olympic Torch Relay - hosted by Coca-Cola.
120,000 consumers attended the four celebration concerts with a further 600,000 enjoying smaller activations across 65 locations during the Olympic Torch Relay. Live BBC broadcast took part at Cardiff, Glasgow and London, playing a key role in the stage designs as well as many other facets of the events.

Again using the ticketmaster white lable functionality, a website was created that communicated the key information around each event as well as allowing them to apply for tickets. The brief also required the design of further email notifications, downloadable tickets (ticket-fast) and physical ticket stock.

Stage Design for Cardiff, Glasgow, Leeds and Birmingham shows
This stage design included 2 different sizes as well as alternative scrims to either side, depending which side the event was telivised from due to OffCom regulations.
The Lightbox
To achieve a branded presence on stage without the generic hanging backdrop we designed a lightbox, inspired by the traditional light up Coca-Cola shop-front signs. Working closing with the production team and stage management we created two different size boxes that travelled with the OTR convoy. Each event the boxes where lowered onto the stage during the Coca-Cola content.

The Entrance Gantry
The entrance gantry consisted of 12 panels that were interconnected on each side so that the graphics flowed around the design. Each panel needed careful planned to ensure it married up perfectly with the connecting pieces. The panels were then installed, piece by piece onto a cornered edge scaff structure on each site, with the welcome message board being replaced for each stop.
